Office Administrator 

Basic Salary – up to £22,000 pa pro-rata. 

FTE 37.5 hours per week.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

We’re seeking an Administrator to join our Case Management Team, assisting the team in processing loan applications through to completion. As our Administrator, you’ll action all documentation in respect of customer loan applications. You’ll work within agreed service levels, meeting customer expectations. You’ll ensure safe and accurate archiving for all files. You’ll consistently deliver high standards of customer service ensuring that our customer’s best interests are at the heart of all processes and decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Save/tag all emails to customer files
  • Save all customer documentation and attachments to customer files
  • Check all new applications and update notes with outstanding documentation required
  • Complete courtesy calls to all new applications and request outstanding documentation
  • Complete any chase calls required
  • Complete Security and Verification Calls
  • Prepare daily post for collection
  • Scan on any documentation received in the post
  • Any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the department where required.
  • Exploring opportunities for self-development
