Mortgage Advisor
OTE £50,000 potential, £41,000 typical.
Basic Salary: £27,415 to £33,130, dependant on CeMAP qualification (minimum CeMAP 1).

Core responsibilities
- Management of leads via multi channels
- Deliver excellent customer service through an evaluation of our customer needs and circumstances offering a recommendation best suited to them
- Observe regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR
- Demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
- Hit agreed service levels and targets, striving to overachieve
- Work in accordance with the regulatory requirements as applied by the Company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.
You’ll be target driven and enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment, all the while making sure the customers best interests are at the heart of what you do. This is a challenging, rewarding role where you’ll be supported in developing your skills and performance.
This role is for you if you have:
- Full or Part CeMAP qualification (or equivalent), Pass in CeMAP 1 minimum (study package provided to complete full qualification).
- At least 3 months service within the business (candidates are not required to have completed probation)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Great decision-making skills
- An evidenced track record for hitting targets

As an FCA regulated firm, this role falls within the certification function. This requires the job holder to comply with the individual FCA Conduct rules and meet the Company’s fit and proper standards assessment which is conducted on appointment and on at least an annual basis.
